Ofisa's head office in Florence is located in viale Milton. Here, a third one has recently been added to the two existing funeral chambers. This last chamber, with its brand new and fully functional rooms, also has a chapel in which religious services can be held, which can accommodate up to 50/60 people.
Inside the three farewell chapels, families can gather around their loved ones to pay their last respects to the deceased, all in the intimate privacy of an entirely private space. The furnishings are elegant and distinguished: white marble, with a carpet and plenty of chairs, for those who want to sit and spend time with the deceased and his or her family. The atmosphere is sober, essential and tasteful. Definitely far from many mortuary chambers, cold, aseptic and impersonal. On the contrary, these are places that are able to welcome and envelop, to make people feel at ease and reassured.
The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning and all the elements required by law. In particular, the new 120 square metre building is equipped to accommodate up to 70 people, all furnished in classic taste and light colours, with a private lounge and an air-conditioned room at 12°C separated by a glass wall, where the body is displayed. As mentioned above, the new hall also has a 65 square metre chapel that can be used for both secular and religious ceremonies, accommodating up to 60 people. This is an excellent solution for concentrating all funeral rites in one place, without dispersion and with the convenience of not having to move for the funeral.
Finally, a large covered terrace allows those who wish to do so to smoke or even just find their own moment of tranquillity, away from other people.
Everything is of course taken care of as always with the maniacal precision and care in every phase of the work that has always characterised Ofisa.
